An entirely passive, semi-conditioned mass timber public washroom and eco shelter. Designed to be low-maintenance, durable, and 4-season, this mass timber facility manages stormwater and grey water on site while relying on known building technologies (like solar chimneys and the greenhouse effect) to create pleasant and sanitary conditions.

Organized around a central CLT wall, significant roof overhangs create plenty of sheltered space to take refuge from increasingly severe weather.
